Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

All products can be returned or exchanged (for a different size) if they are unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags intact.

Timelines

• Raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@jbscomfort.in.
• Damaged, defective or wrong products will be replaced or refunded in full — please share photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

• Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds are made by UPI/bank transfer to the account you provide.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order can be returned as per the policy above.
